Spring 2017 EKU McNair Recruitment Now Open!

The EKU McNair Scholars Program is accepting applications for talented eligible undergraduate scholars to begin program participation in the 2017 Fall semester.  McNair seeks first-generation students from low-income backgrounds - and students from groups underrepresented in gradaute education - who aim for careers requiring a doctorate degree.  While the project is happy to receive applications from accross the curriculum, the project is particularly eager to receive applications from eligible undergratuate students majoring is science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.  McNair offers a structured gradaute school preparation program, including a paid summer research internship, faculty mentoring, national conferences, and an EKU Presidential-level scholarshop.  McNair schoalrs are recruited by leading graduate programs across the nation.
